Elos Accurate® Warranty
When buying your Elos Accurate components for your final or temporary restoration from your local distributor, we offer warranty also for the restorative components and the dental implant. This means, that in case of dental implant failure, with a superstructure of Elos Accurate, we will reimburse both dental implant and ELOS Accurate components according to the warranty rules of the implant manufacturer after approval by Elos Medtech.
All products must be used according to the Instructions For Use. We do not cover any associated costs, including but not limited to any associated treatments. This warranty is valid only when you buy the products via your distributor of Elos Medtech products.
