EDW Support Points allow you to engage with our helpdesk for services such as out of contract Exocad issues, training, extra installations, Medit support, etc. 

Our knowledgeable staff will get you back up and running quickly so as not to disrupt your production. 

1 Point = 20 mins of Standard* support time 
3 Points = 20 mins of Urgent** support time

Standard Support - Non-critical issues, can be dealt within 2 business days
Urgent Support - High priority and after hours. Needs to be fixed immediately
