Exocad Software: Advaned Bundle Monthly Subscription

At Emerald Dental Works, we are excited to offer a subscription program with exocad.
The benefits of this subscription service are the low up-front cost and the ability to pay monthly.

The initial setup fee includes the first 2 months and then you will be charged every month, 30 days after the initial setup.

Emerald Dental Works offers 2 hours for installation and a walk-through on how to use the exocad software.

After that 2-hour time frame, we offer a tutorial program for $150.00/hr. We break up the hour into 20-minute segments, so if you only use 20 minutes you will still have credit for 40 minutes.

Is this subscription service done through the Emerald online store?

Yes, purchasing the subscription service is done through the Emerald store.
To initiate the subscription service, Emerald will send you a dongle that has the license from exocad to the subscription that you ordered.

Can the subscription be paused then restarted?

The subscription can be paused but once you restart it you would have to pay the initial cost (setup fee and 2 months of subscription) and a new dongle will be sent to you for this new subscription.

Can the subscription be cancelled?

Yes, it can be cancelled, providing you cancel prior to the start of the following month. Example, if your billing date is 15th day of the month, and you cancelled on the 20^th,  the subscription will run until the 15^th day of the following month and be effectively cancelled the 15th day of that month.

What do I do with the cancelled dongle?

Once the subscription has been cancelled the dongle will be put to sleep and never to be woken up again. You may dispose of the dongle the way you do for any other dongle that you have disposed of.

Will my computer be ok to run Exocad?

The specs for running exocad change as new releases come out, so it is best to check here for the latest hardware requirements. If you are still unsure, our tech's can remote on to check your PC to see that it meets requirements. 

Do I need to have access to the internet?

Yes, access to the internet is required for a few reasons. The software checks in with the exocad license servers on a weekly basis and also checks for updates. Internet access is also required for downloading implant/tooth libraries as well as AI features.
